PlaMor is AMAZING! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. They installed a fiberglass pool for me this year and they were true professionals from start to finish. Very responsive (and that's impressive since they are so busy) and just excellent work and service at every turn. Answered every question (even ones that a first time nervous owner asked over and over!) and were just wonderful to deal with. HIGH QUALITY job. I have nothing but great things to say - I wish all contracting businesses met their level of service, excellence and quality. A family-owned local business and it shows - they CARE. There are not enough words for me to say to describe how AMAZING Pla-Mor pools was in helping my grandmother with her dream pool! They went above and beyond to make sure all of her expectations and dreams were met with her pool build as well as taking the time to personally answer any and all questions she had! We had an amazing experience dealing with Pla-Mor Construction. We were referred by friends and were not disappointed. They were amazing through the entire experience from sales, installation and service. Price was as advertised and they have an unbelievable support team, so responsive.

From the initial call and meeting with Steve, and the many emails to Mary Ann and Brittany, every single aspect of my install , from start to finish, was handled with such professionalism, respect and most of all, patience! I must have worried them all to death but they never lost patience with me. I had 3 surgeries in 9 months and was home for the whole production! Yes, its quite a production to see it all come together and how each person worked together with such ease. I visited another pool company ( no names, but located in Warsaw) and the difference in price was substantially more and how i was treated was less than satisfactory. They seemed to judge my wallet without knowing what i was capable of spending. Their loss, PlaMor's gain. Not being able to drive while recovering from knee replacement, Brittany, Thomas or LuLu came to me. The little things are what makes a huge difference to me. Ive referred several people to PlaMor that ended up using them rather than other companies simply because of how they treat their employees right up to the whole guests experience !! I would gladly refer anyone looking to create that oasis in their backyard and know that they all will be handled with respect and honesty! Thank you PlaMor for making my dreams come true!

PMC Pools is a great company to work. As a first time pool owner they walked us through the process thoroughly, responded timely to my inquiries and continued to provide support post installation. They provided education throughout the process from explaining what to expect during construction to post installation maintenance. Issues were addressed immediately and there were few. We looked at 6 pool construction companies and PMC provided the best value. We are very happy with PMC.
